2. Scope

This Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the Site. It aligns with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

At present the Site is informational only and:

• does not require user registration;
• does not set non-essential cookies;
• collects only standard server-log data (IP address, timestamp, browser type, referrer).
• No other personal data are intentionally collected.

Logs are stored on servers operated by our Swiss hosting provider. No routine transfers outside Switzerland/EU/EEA occur. If future transfers arise we will rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

The Site does not use automated decision making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

The Site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly process their data.
